This is a specific dressing manufactured for use by Dentist when they extract tooth. This is carefully rolled pad with no loose threads which the patient bites to stop bleeding from a freshly extracted toot. This is of a particular stiffness with fluid absorption and retention properties. This avoids imbedding of loose threads in freshly extracted area which causes abscess.
